Mustang Wrestlers Get Rolling

The entire Mustang wrestling team was together for the first time on Wednesday night for a non-league dual against Irvine High School. Irvine came in to the dual ranked 10th in the county. The evening started with the Frosh-Soph and Junior Varsity battling in some tough matches. When it was all said and done, the Frosh-Soph came away with a team win by a score 49-16 and the Junior Varsity wrestled hard but came up just 2 team points short. The Varsity Mustangs wrestled tough the entire evening and ended the night with a solid 40-19 victory (CLICK HERE).

The action continued tonight (Thursday) as the Frosh-Soph Mustangs traveled to nearby El Dorado High School for the El Dorado Frosh-Soph Duals. The Mustangs traveled enough wrestlers to have two full teams and the results were impressive for both to say the least.
